Prosecutors: GPS and video captured teen at fatal shooting scene outside Northwest Side bar

Fabian Diaz, of Franklin Park, was charged as an adult with first-degree murder related to the Oct. 16 shooting outside a bar in the 7600 block of West Belmont Avenue, authorities said.
